AYA is a gate to an ancient future born light years away.
Travelers will wander luminescent grotto, command the heart of the cosmos, make music with light, play where gravity is reversed, stars sing and flowers bloom in moon dust. AYA uses art & technology to explore our invisible connections to beauty, both terrestrial and cosmic, and to each other.
Can guests access all experiences with a purchase of a single entry ticket?
Yes, all experiences can be enjoyed within your two-hour ticket window with no additional hidden charges.
Where can I purchase tickets to AYA?
You can easily book tickets here and at the AYA Front Desk on location in WAFI City Mall. However, to guarantee the availability of your chosen day and time, please buy your ticket in advance.
Can I reschedule my ticket after the purchase is completed?
Yes, you can. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team
There is a mistake with my booking, what can I do?
You may contact our Customer Service Team via Contact Us and our team will be happy to help you make changes.
Does AYA offer free admission to anyone?
Yes, entry tickets to AYA are free of charge for People of Determination. People of Determination may also request a second Entry Ticket free of charge for one caregiver. Children under 3 years old may also enter for free.
Tickets are not available in advance for these categories but are guaranteed to be available on arrival. Please go to the Customer Service desk to enquire. Our Customer Service Team may ask for proof of eligibility, so please have documentation or ID at hand.
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 and above to gain free entry to the park.

Do I need to print the e-tickets to gain entry to the park?
Printing of e-tickets is not necessary. Showing a mobile copy of your ticket on arrival will validate your ticket for entry.

Our beautiful universe welcomes visitors of all ages.
How will I receive my AYA ticket?
If the ticket purchase is made online, your tickets will be delivered to your registered email. If you buy from the AYA Front Desk on location in WAFI City Mall you will receive by email and may be given a physical copy on request.
What are AYA opening hours and last entry time?
AYA opening hours are listed here Last entry to the park takes place 1 hour before closing.
Is there a dress code for entry?
There is no dress code for entry.
Does the parking have electric vehicle charging stations?
At present, there are no electric vehicle charging stations at Wafi City Mall.
Which metro station is closest to AYA?
The Dubai Healthcare City - Green Line Stop is the closest metro station to AYA here
Is the AYA experience an individual visit or a guided tour?
No guided tours are necessary to have an out of this world experience in AYA. Our team will be on hand to answer all your questions throughout your visit.
Can I take photos and videos inside AYA?
All non-flash photography and video are permitted within AYA, but please be mindful of capturing photographs and videos of other guests.

Is there free Wi-fi available at AYA?
Yes, AYA has free WIFI for guests. Please enquire when entering the Park for more information.
Is re-entry permitted?
Re-entry is not permitted as standard but will be accommodated if capacity allows.
Are there any prayer rooms in AYA?
There are prayer rooms available within Wafi City Mall adjacent to the park.
Can I bring food and drink into AYA?
Only sealed water bottles are permitted inside. Please refer to the Park Ticket Terms and Conditions for full guidance.
Does AYA sell merchandise?

I left a personal item behind in AYA. How can I get help?
Please reach out to our Customer Service Team if you are still on site. Lost property is kept with our AYA Security Team for 24 hours. After that, they are transferred to Wafi City Mall Security. Please reach out to us
I left my car overnight. How can I get help to access it?
WAFI City Mall does not allow overnight parking. If you cannot move your car for any reason, please contact WAFI City Mall Security via the WAFI City Mall Website to inform them.
Does AYA have valet parking?
Yes, Wafi City Mall provides a convenient valet service at the Mall's main entrance for a nominal fee.
Are the parking spaces wheelchair-accessible?
Wafi City Mall has more than 2,500 covered parking spaces with direct access to entrances and designated spots for people of determination.
Is AYA wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, AYA is wheelchair-accessible.
Are guests with light sensitivity/epilepsy at risk when visiting AYA?
AYA contains bright lighting effects that flash or strobe. The park may not be suitable for guests who have sensitivity to these conditions or a history of photosensitive epilepsy. For more information before you visit, please reach out to our team here.
